On September 10, 2005, we held a formal dinner at the 89th RRC Medical
Symposium. The four soldiers representing the 312th Army Band wowed an
audience of about seventy-seven service members and their guests.
Everyone really enjoyed their music. BG(P) Broadway asked what unit
these folks were from and I was pleased to tell her they were with the
312th. Me, I'm a sucker for Irish music and their Irish medley brought
tears to my eyes. I had several folks who told me that they enjoyed
this formal dinner more than any other they had ever been to and that it
was because of your music.

CW3 Claggett, I know your soldiers have an extremely busy schedule. I
appreciate your willingness to support the Symposium. I had to chase
the bass player out into the parking lot, but I thanked each of them
before they left. Please give my personal thanks again.
