DID YOU KNOW?
I first feel the need to clear up some terrible rumors!
No one was hung on the OZ set by themselves or anyone else. What you see in the background is a Flamingo's wing that is moving. Absolutely, no one was hung from any place on that set.
Also, I have written about this under the Munchkin site already but I feel that it bears repeating. Not all, nor half, nor one-quarter, nor one-tenth, of the little people that played the munchkins drank to excess, destroyed any property or created a problem. There were a very few that did create a problem in this manner but Leo Singer had this under control. Many of the little people smoked and also occasionally used some undesirable language but so do many of the adults in our society. Remember even though these people are very small most of them were adults. So don't expect them to be children.
