THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF OZ
The Steven Buddenhagen Wizard of Oz Page
I was sitting at my computer this morning when I received a E-mail. I opened it to find the most wonderful tribute to the Wizard of Oz. A child age 3, named Halle, is the recipient of the beautiful artwork you will find on this page. Halle is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Buddenhagen and even at age 2 her father tells me she felt just Ozsome about the Wizard of Oz. So, Steve being the good father he is painted Halle's bedroom with many scenes from Oz. Of course, the fact that Steve is a graphic designer and evidently a fantastic artist didn't hurt in the least. Walking into Halle's room is like being on the Yellow Brick Road. And what does Halle think about this? She loves it and another child is chosen for a life long pleasant experience of being in love with the Wizard of Oz. Way to go Halle!
In the letter that Steve sent me he said, "I want other Oz enthusiasts to enjoy the room as much as we do". So enjoy it and if you have any questions or comments Steve said that I could include his name and E-mail address. I think his work is fabuloz.

Addendum: I received a note from Steve today to tell me that the room is not yet finished. He still needs to paint the tornado. Dorothy's slippers are covered in sequins that Steve's wife Lynn is responsible for and Glenda's wand glitters too. We will also have an additional photo of the Kansas tornado as soon as it's finished.
I know that Steve can't come to my house and paint my walls but I sure do wish he would design Oz wallpaper for kids and us big kids too. Once again Steve, Kudos to you for a magnificent job.
